STRONGEST CHARACTER: BROOKLYN WHITE

ELIMINATED: MEGUMI KUROSOWA

Third Person POV:

Megumi has had enough of Theodore Gold's perverted nature, no matter how much she wanted to use him to her advantage. She'd rather spend her days in the Underground, and that's saying something. She managed to escape his territory and explore further into the rest of the island.
"I really would've liked that doughnut he had. Damn guy had to drop a perfectly good piece of food," Megumi complained, "Once this place becomes a big pile of shit from the war I hope he goes first."
But what about the survivors and everyone else? How could I help them without messing up the timeline? She thought rather loudly in her head.
"Ah screw it. Right now, I just need to get the smell of pervert off me."
Megumi followed the treeline in search of a water source, but mother nature had her back. The dark storm clouds hung in the air, waiting for the right moment to open up. Megumi's wish was granted, and large drops of rain soaked her body, giving her the same feeling she had during the times she spent stoned. Oh if she could get her hands on some weed right now.
"No time to think about that Kurosawa. Now you need to figure out how to deal with Johnny Apple."
Her constant one way conversation with herself led her to wander into a pirates' campsite. To be honest, it's seen better days. Bloody bodies plagued the dirt ground wherever she walked.
In her exploration, she didn't look where she was going and stepped in a massive pool of the crimson substance, "C'mon! Can't I have one nice thing. Goddammit!"
What's in here that I could use?
"Aha! Well, I guess a pirate's life is the life for me," Megumi cheered as she picked up an abandoned firearm and spun it in her hand.
She walked into the open air again and restarted her mindless wandering with a new sense of protection. She stopped as she heard a familiar laugh ring behind the set of trees in front of her.
It couldn't be...

Brooklyn was making the lonely trek back to her camp in anger, thinking of all the ways she could punish Ryan and Wrennyn for being idiots. Luckily, she knew the route back, but something prevented her from moving forward, or perhaps someone.
"Hello sweetheart, mind if I accompany you?" A man creepily asked her, inching his way into her personal space.
He didn't give her time to reply before he placed a gun to her head.
Great. Two creepy guys trying to kill me in one day.
The man laughed with a murderous look in his eyes. Brooklyn reached for her gun under her shirt, but another woman sprinted out of nowhere and pushed Brooklyn out of the way.

"Oh hello Megumi, long time no see," the man tried to make small talk.
"Apple. I knew I should've taken care of you," the woman replied.
The man eyed Brooklyn on the ground before making eye contact with Megumi, "Nice to see you too. Now if you'll excuse me," he raised his gun up at Brooklyn's heart, "I was just about to accompany this lovely lady."
Brooklyn braced herself for the impact of the bullet as he pulled the trigger, but felt nothing. She looked at the scene in front of her and saw Megumi on the ground bleeding profusely from her chest. She was dead.

(moments before her death)
Megumi noticed Johnny's quick look over to the woman.
Oh no you don't you bastard.
In the amount of time it took for Johnny to aim and fire his weapon, Megumi already had her's out aimed straight at his head, ready to block the woman as well. Their two bullets passed in a perfect parallel to each other before striking their targets. Through heavy eyelids she watched her enemy fall to the ground, dead upon impact. Megumi smiled to herself as she swore she was heading into the light or whatever those people call it. Frankly she couldn't care less if Heaven was real or not.
Rot in hell, Apple you son of a bitch.
